In a new layer draw a 145 x 27 pixel, black rectangle next to your rounded rectangle structure. This will be your search box. Set the layers blending mode to Lighten and add a stroke layer style:
Choose your ellipse tool and draw a 30 x 30 pixels, white circle. Add a gradient overlay layer style:
In a new text layer type "go" as your search button. Use font Verdana, bold, 13 pt, none and #ADADAD for color.
Choose your text tool and select font Arial from the list. Set the size to 18 pt, bold, none and white for color. In a new text layer type your name. Add the following layer styles:
Finish it off with your slogan using font arial, bold, 11 pt, crisp and #FF0000 for color.
